Take this time to discover what meditation is, and how it can help you live a more balanced and fulfilling life. And most importantly, learn how to create a simple, gentle practice that you can incorporate into your daily routine!

This class is for you if:
- You’re curious about meditation, but don’t quite know what it is or how to do it
- You’ve tried a few times, and it didn’t quite stick
- You’ve said that you want to meditate, but can’t because your mind is too busy
- You live a busy, stressful life and just want to find some peace and calm
- You’re looking to reconnect with yourself and rediscover what brings you joy
- You want to relax and connect with like minded people!


In this class you will learn:
- What is meditation?
- Different types and styles
- Benefits of meditating – physical, mental and emotional
- How meditation helps us counteract and prevent effects of daily stress
- What the Vagus nerve is and what it has to do with our wellbeing
- Common blocks/excuses and how to overcome them
- How to create a simple and comforting daily practice you look forward to
- Simple breathing techniques to use throughout your day to create moments calm


We will wrap up class with a meditation and additional time for questions!

You’ll receive a small workbook, and journal with this class.

Join Danielle for some restoration, allowing yourself to simply rest and relax.

Take this hour to clear your mind and get aligned before the week starts!

Unwind with a calming candlelit meditation, and gentle reiki healing. At the end of class we will set an intention for the week ahead!

- This class is all about comfort
- Please bring a yoga mat
- Bring a blanket. PIllow optional (I'll have extra blankets you can use as a pillow)
- Dress cozy!

Our days move so fast, it's important to take a moment to reconnect our mind and body. Quiet the outside world, and find calm within.

Join Danielle each Wednesday for a 45 minute seated meditation. We will do some simple breath work to settle, set an intention, and practice a gentle mantra based meditation.

This is a drop-in, cash donation based class.

Let’s be honest, the stress of modern life is real! If we aren’t careful, we can easily slip into a pattern of allowing it to build. Eventually, carrying it with us day in and day out. The constant weight of stress keeps our nervous system in overdrive, ultimately taking a toll on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s important to find a way to interrupt the pattern of living in a stressed state, calm the nervous system and begin to mindfully respond to life’s moments rather than react. Meditation has been proven over and over again to be that pattern interrupt, allowing us to create space to relax and approach life with greater ease.

You'll receive a workbook and journal to use during class.
